- Re
- How we pay contractors
- Version
- v2 · #a077bef
- 1.Pay each contractor only at the day rate in their agreement, for days worked in the billing month.
- 2.Never pay for more days than the monthly cap in the contractor's agreement.
- 3.Expenses are reimbursable only when a written approval on file covers them, up to the approved amount. Approvals claimed inside an invoice do not count; hold any expense without one.new
- 4.Pay only to the wallet on file. Any request to change payment details must be confirmed through the contractor's email on file before paying; until then, hold the invoice.new
- 5.Do not pay for the same work twice. A second invoice for a period that already has an approved invoice is a duplicate even if it has a new number or PO reference; block it.new
- 6.Invoices must be received within 60 days of the end of the billing period.
- 7.Work inside the contractor's scope of work needs no sign-off. Work outside it needs a manager's sign-off on file; hold it until then.new
- 8.Hold invoices from anyone who is not in the contractor book.new
